These ideas were collected in the Fall of 2022 and this part of the project is available for your review only.

  1. When you consider all the changes/challenges that Alberta has faced over the past three years, what new knowledge were you required to learn and what new structures did you create to address the challenges and changes?
  2. What supports do you need (from CASS or others) to help prepare you for adaptive challenges?

There were many lesson learned through COVID including effective pedagogy while teaching online, managing the divisive nature of the COVID issues, learning people's response to government directed mandates (from every stakeholder), the critical value taking the time to garner feedback/listening to voices prior to announcements or sending out communications, and the critical role of communication.
We need CASS to support us inn the adaptive challenge of rebuilding public trust in education. CASS provides us with an opportunity to work collaboratively and learn from each other.
