Adaptive Leadership Conversation Starter

These ideas were collected in the Fall of 2022 and this part of the project is available for your review only.  

  1. When you consider all the changes/challenges that Alberta has faced over the past three years, what new knowledge were you required to learn and what new structures did you create to address the challenges and changes?
  2. What supports do you need (from CASS or others) to help prepare you for adaptive challenges?

1. The organization and the people within it, including school staff, needed to quickly become more tech savvy to better navigate the virtual world and to quickly pivot from physical to virtual delivery of services.

2. The importance of having a network of supports to brainstorm and collaborate as we strategically position ourselves to better address the adaptive challenges before us.
