How do you support the board in developing their engagement and advocacy role? Please share your own, or your groups, lessons learned.

We worked with the Trustees to narrow it down to only three Board priorities they felt they could impact this term (it was a fight) and then develop a plan to move those priorities forward at a local and a provincial level. They discuss and report progress every month at the Committee of the Whole.
