How do you support the board in their role modelling a culture of continuous improvement? Please share your own, or your groups, lessons learned.

Our board visits 2 schools a month to see what is happening in classrooms and interact with students before each board meeting. It helps them see and learn about programs/curriculum and connect with stakeholders in general.
