How do you support the board in their role modelling a culture of continuous improvement?   Please share your own, or  your groups, lessons learned.

We want to remember and continue to use best practices learned in the pandemic to support ongoing continuous improvement. Engagement improved using a virtual connection such as Zoom resulting in increased voices being heard by the board. We need to learn from our past practices and implement or evolve them into new practices to support board continuous improvement.
