How do you support the board in their role modelling a culture of continuous improvement?   Please share your own, or  your groups, lessons learned.

Work with Chair and Vice chair to plan the annual board planning session.We work together as a team to learn about Governance, Role of Board, Foundational statements facilitated by external leaders-virtually. We began a book study together on governance. Education provided to the board on the Assurance model and continually aligning everything we do the Priority areas identified.
