How do you support the board in their role modelling a culture of continuous improvement?   Please share your own, or  your groups, lessons learned.

Board chose to not meet virtually during the pandemic. They started thinking about the role of the board meetings in the eyes of the public. Took on the role of hybrid meetings - (recording and posting them with the minutes). This required an examination of best practices and decorum of the Board during a meeting, which in the end was beneficial to better understanding of the role of the Board.
