In what ways do system education leadership teams effectively, and equitably allocate resources (budget) to meet the needs of students with diverse needs within our school communities?

Create a system in which all voices are heard and not just the loudest ones. Keeping the big picture in mind and work through a continuum of supports. A proper combination of central support, and school-level support. Central supports are key for the expertise they provide, but subsidiarity also plays a role. Personal and unions can be a challenge to flexibility, which is key to meeting needs. Equity and fairness are key principles to remain top of mind when making these decisions.
