In what ways do system education leadership teams effectively, and equitably allocate resources (budget) to meet the needs of students with diverse needs within our school communities?

Need to be strategic with your resources and make sure that the you are flexible in terms of what supports a school needs. Size of school can't determine the resources that a school requires - each site needs to demonstrate the needs they require and funds put into the appropriate areas to support them - use of a Divisional rubric to ID needs and supports. Central supplies that can be distributed to the site when needed and moved when necessary. Don't be afraid to ask "why" something is allocated and change it when it doesn't meet the needs.
