Invest Time at Board Orientation on Roles and Responsibilities of Board and different Senior Executive. Link in legislation, Board Policies and past practice……Ensure Board Chair and Vice Chair are in alignment with Sr. Admin on Roles and Expectations……Revisit frequently….work with Board Chair on how to hold others accountable staying within the Board’s Roles
