How: Clarity : purposefully through guided questions at though initial meetings - The significance Recognize the achievements of the past to determine the direction for the future .
What’s the evidence : - There is a shared perspective and common goal , Reach consensus (not forced or through fatigue) in a genuine and meaningful way that improves the condition for learning . Everyone feels safe to share their opinion free of objection. Determine what best fits in policy and what is admin procedures
