This area is more nuanced because building relations involve a number of sub themes in action concurrently. On the basis of effective relationships, sources of clear guidance and support become obvious when team dynamics are negotiated and renegotiated. Evidence of effective relationships and engagement are when all policy discussions are at the board table and not in the parking lot.
