Provide Clear Guidance and Support: Educate and support trustees - sessions of reviewing roles and what exactly the steps in the role would be (ie. what does advocacy/lobbying look like; support them on how to build relationships with MLAs, ADMs, Ministers); ensure information at Board level is governance information and aligned to strategic plan; seating plan to support learning of governance and trustee roles; support board in key points/communications on topics
