We have engaged in intense anti-racism work over the past two years. We began with training for school- and division-based leadership, and extended that to anti-racism leads at the school level to grow awareness and inspire changes in mindset throughout the division. Staff are beginning to distinguish between the different between not being a racist and being anti-racist.
