Various Metrics
Referrals for service decreasing? Referrals for service rising as more students ask for help? A decrease in suspensions, absenteeism rates. Develop a self reflection tool to have students report their current mental state (perhaps a scale 1-10), Discussed the How do feel? which is for adults. Decrease in suicide ideation. Involve practitioners in developing metrics and seek detailed information from them.
