AI adoption in districts is progressing rapidly, with growing experimentation across teaching, learning, and administrative domains. Key themes include the need for clear policy and privacy protocols, strategic professional learning to build teacher confidence, and integration of AI into existing systems rather than treating it as a standalone technology. A supportive community of early adopters, strong data governance, and alignment with pedagogical goals will be critical to sustainable and ethical AI use moving forward.
