Each CoP table group is invited to share a brief reflection on your Community of Practice discussion. Your insights will help extend this collective learning experience at the 2025 CASS Fall Learning Conference.

As a result of participating in the CoP activity, what new perspectives or practices has your group identified that will inform your collective professional growth and system education leadership practice?

Table 1: Inclusive Education CoP Addressing Challenging Behaviors: Our group shared what is not going well, what difficulties we are experiencing as we are noting more complex behaviors, staff injuries , lack of staff resiliency, more staff leaves etc. We spent time this morning sharing resources and strategies that are working. A shared document has been created and further meeting times shared. This CoP is extremely helpful to this group. Knowing we have a safe place we can share what is hard, what we are unable to solve and the willingness to solve problems together, to listen and provide support has been amazingQ!
