In what ways can system education leaders effectively support, and determine evidence of impact, for teacher professional learning in implementing the new Alberta curriculum?

Designers of professional learning, asking teachers and school leaders what they need, identifying the gaps and concentrating on developing processes and structures for collaboration. Evidence is in teacher confidence and ability to demonstrate student success. Evidence is also seen in the change/improvement of teacher practice from the professional learning and having teachers engage in professional practice dialogue as opposed to the how.
