In what ways can system education leaders effectively support, and determine evidence of impact, for teacher professional learning in implementing the new Alberta curriculum?

As system leaders, it is our primary responsibility to ensure that our principals have the knowledge and the ability to be the instructional leaders in their schools. In turn, they must feel confident to be able to identify the key indicators of successful implementation of new curriculum. System leaders need to provide structures to clear the path for school leaders and then provide support to keep them on the path.
