In what ways can system education leaders effectively support, and determine evidence of impact, for teacher professional learning in implementing the new Alberta curriculum?

Provide people with time, space and the safety to experiment and iterate. Determine evidence of impact through gathering feedback from leaders, teachers, students, and other stakeholders. Our group all shared that to date supporting this curriculum implementation has been an anticlimactic event (considering the early fears and concerns circulating about the curriculum).
