3. The community of practice is intended for system education leaders who share an interest (or concern for) **we think these words(interest (or concern for) statement should be stronger "to be determined"... not enough time
4. Need to really start asking what the needs of our Indigenous Learners are, and listen. Engage and bring their voices to the table in leadership. Holistic, decolonization of way we have taught and learned, moving from head to heart, so much more to be done still....
