This community of practice is for Chief Superintendents who share an interest in building knowledge, sharing experience and participating in continual learning to foster effective governance and commit to learning how to best work with their Board and support the Board in their governance role.

Collaborative Plan: Google Shared Drive for all documents to be shared (November 2024), March 2025 share at CASS our Board Orientation Plan (Trustee Handbooks), November ASBA - encourage our Trustees to recommend to ASBA that they host a specific Board Chair PD and a Trustee PD on how to be a trustee right after the election, Election Process needs to be communicated faster (Ask our Trustees to bring up at ASBA), WORK IN PROGRESS
