Our group is concentrating on this problem of practice:
This community of practice is intended for superintendents who share an interest in strengthening principal competencies and commit to learning together to focus on topical and emergent issues that require strong school-based leadership. We plan to meet during the year as issues arise to share how we are connecting with our principals to support and equip them with their next steps.
