Our Division has been doing a lot of work on the impact of our learning and work as school and system leaders -- the impact on student learning as a result of our efforts. Our leaders engaged in a book study on '10 Mindframes for Leaders' and all of the researchers that contributed to that book are excellent (Hattie, Wiliams, Donihoo, etc.)
