As a collective group of leaders (school and division based),we are working towards our understanding of Supervision and how it supports our growth in the area of Instructional Leadership. The new Code of Conduct for Teachers and Teacher Leaders and our work with the ATA initated this as our area of focus this year. One of the books we have found useful is Justin Baeder's " Now we're Talking". By strenthening our supervision practice, we are supportive of both teacher instructional growth and teacher wellness.
