We continue to be intentional and purposeful in our planning to support school leaders whom have the greatest impact on teacher practice to ensure optimum learning for all students. As a system leader, one focus area is assessment/data/evidence and the critical importance of how data is analyzed and used to make decisions at both system and school levels. Research from Marzano, Leithwood, Davies, and Hattie support my evolving knowing, being, and doing.
