Re-engaging in the foundational work of PBIS and this as a Universal strategy in our division in supporting Mental Health and Wellness. We are partnering and working with Tom Hierck as part of a 3 year plan to re-engage a division wide focus on PBIS in our schools as part of our universal supports for students. Tom is engaging and inspiring and able to support school teams to 'find their answers' to their own questions. He is a believer that every student is a success story waiting to be told. Foundationally using the book "Pyramid of Behavior Interventions-Seven Keys to a Positive Learning Environment. By Tom Hierck, Charlie Coleman and Chris Weber".
