What is a “wicked problem”, problem of practice, or area of growth that you or your school authority is working on this year?

High quality assessment practices continue to be a focus for our Division. Ensuring assessment is something done 'with' students, not 'to' students -- using triangulation of ongoing evidence of learning. K-12 the purpose of assessment is to further student learning, not just for reporting. Long-standing assessment experts continue to be our go-to's including Damian Cooper, Dylan WIliam, etc.
