What is a “wicked problem”, problem of practice, or area of growth that you or your school authority is working on this year?

We are a school district that covers a large geographical area. Implementing a consistent continuum of supports and services that is shared across our schools and our school division is proving to be challenging. Ensuring that members of the student support team are collaborative, supportive, and involved when planning for students is a priority for school-based staff.
