CASS Member Handbook

CASS requires high standards of conduct from its members to maintain the honor and dignity of the profession. It is acknowledged that the actions of CASS members will be viewed and appraised by professional colleagues, trustees, staff members, students, parents, guardians and the community-at-large.

Bylaw 23 of the CASS Member Handbook outlines the process when a complaint of Professional Misconduct by a CASS member is received.

Individuals may make a complaint of Professional Misconduct by completing this form and submitting it to David Keohane, CASS Registrar.
