6. Additional Ideas and Comments

We often have CASS member present PL sessions a day they are excellent, relevant sessions. If a member is presenting a session, will those hours count towards their required PL hours? I think it is important that the time does count towards PL hours so members are not discouraged from presenting.

learners may be participating as individuals or teams. Differentiation for participants (divisions, individuals) in modules to provide opportunities for their continued growth/reflection.

Inclusion for alumni to be informed and trained to provide supports in consultative roles / current and continuous.

A national CASS would be able to support a larger group of learning.

How does the learning become relevant, real, accessible and not just a compliance process. How can the collective experience of all of our expertise be shared with members as they join, grow and mentor as CASS members.
