What is a “wicked problem”, problem of practice, or area of growth that you or your school authority is working on this year?

While not a priority at this time, we believe it may be a worthwhile learning experience to explore strategies to respond to misinformed critics of the public education system. The intent is to improve our preparedness and confidence to deal with external complaints. We want to be able to deflect criticism from our teachers and school staff, to support system and teacher leaders to not feel anxiety about responding to criticisms, and to explore the potential for reviewing our communication practices to be able to recognize when common issues may arise and proactively be ready should any of the vocal minority choose to complain. Not sure when we'll do this, but I think there is value in spending some time on it.
