The Trades and Vocational Education (TAVE) Committee invites proposals for the 2026 Alberta Trades and Technologies Summit, taking place April 28 and 29, 2026, at the SAIT campus in Calgary. With the theme “Pathways to Possibility – Inspiring Alberta Students’ Futures,” the event will highlight effective, innovative practices that support students in exploring skilled trades and technologies. System education leaders, school authority teams, and partners are encouraged to share approaches that build coherent pathways and enduring partnerships across education, industry, and community. Presentations will focus on a summit theme as listed on the proposal form, ranging from foundational understanding to sustaining programming and long-term collaboration.
