Registration opens today for the 2026 Annual Learning Conference, running March 18-20, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton, a new venue for the event. Pre-conference activities begin the morning of March 18, with registration and check in from 9:30-10 a.m., followed by the conference opening that evening. The opening program includes an Elder blessing and a keynote by Dr. Kerry Bernes titled “Enhancing the Lives of Young People: Career and Mental Health Obstacles and Opportunities.” Communities of Practice sessions will take place Thursday morning, March 19, offering system education leaders time to connect and engage in focused dialogue on shared priorities across school authority contexts. With a full slate of break-out sessions March 19 and 20, regulated members won’t want to miss CASS’ Special General Meeting Thursday afternoon and Annual Retirement Banquet Thursday night. Be sure to access the Program at a Glance for details.
