CASS is pleased to announce the introduction of a new type of learning resource to CASS’ Resources Library – eLeadership Guides. Eventually becoming part of CASS’ Continuing Education Program, the guides examine a current education topic from the perspective of a system education leader and are built using an adapted continuous improvement cycle as found in the Funding Manual for School Authorities 2022/23 School Year. The new eLeadership Guides are intended to be used for personal professional development or by a team to explore new ideas, engage in professional learning together, or as a guide to implementing a new strategy.
