Indigenous Education Gathering Registration 

To be held at the Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton from April 24 to 26, the Education Gathering focuses on the theme “Kinship Relations for Student Success,” and has attracted Chief Billy-Joe Laboucan, Elder Adelaide (Dolly) Creighton and Elder Wilton Good Striker, Cadmus Delorme, and Elder Lynda Minoose as its keynote speakers. In addition to spending time with Elders and Knowledge Keepers, delegates will explore themes like holistic structures of support, youth leadership, language, equity, Treaty education, building foundational knowledge and respectful, reciprocal relationships.
